The aim of the League of Frontiersmen is to assist the community in time of emergency.

By this we mean that we will offer our services in whatever way may be needed and this can include assistance to the police, Fire Brigade or other Emergency Services, the local Council, other volunteer groups or any other legitimate body which may require assistance.

In order to manage more effectively, a register of members skills will be maintained to identify those who may be of specific benefit. This will include first aiders, drivers, military or police personnel, Doctors, electricians, plumbers, counsellors, clergymen and anyone with a specific skill of any sort.

However, everyone has the ability to assist and even if this is handing out tea and sympathy, distributing blankets or hand-holding it is of great benefit. In doing this you will be releasing someone else to carry out other essential tasks.

The League of Frontiersmen is an international uniformed civilian organisation the sole aim of which is to provide adult assistance to their communities in time of emergency. We are also in close communication with other voluntary groups who will call us to assist and supplement them when necessary.
