The League is headed by a Commissioner who is supported by an Assistant Commissioner. Local units are grouped into Sections, Troops and Squadrons, with five members to a section, three sections forming a Troop and three Troops forming a Squadron. Members are called Troopers and there is a recognisable rank structure for administrative and management purposes.
