Membership is open to all people of good standing, male or female as everyone has the ability to contribute something. All members serve as volunteers and purchase their own uniform, much of which is available through our own QM supplies. The uniform consists of the following items.

• Black baseball style cap
• Black one-piece uniform which can be worn over any form of clothing in an emergency
• Black utility belt
• Black combat boots
